§ 1 Right of revocation
If the customer is a consumer, he can revoke his contractual declaration within two weeks without giving reasons in writing (eg letter or e-mail) or by returning the goods. The period begins at the earliest with receipt of this instruction, in the case of a delivery of goods, however, not before the day of receipt of the goods by the recipient.
The timely dispatch of the revocation or the goods suffices to comply with the revocation period.

The right of revocation does not exist for buyers who are entrepreneurs according to § 14 Abs. 1 BGB (German Civil Code) and therefore act in the exercise of their commercial or independent activity when concluding the purchase contract.
§ 2 Consequences of revocation
In the event of an effective revocation, the services received by both parties are to be returned and any benefits derived are to be surrendered.
If you are unable to return the goods or services received in whole or in part or only in a deteriorated condition, you must compensate us for the loss in value.
This does not apply to the surrender of goods if the deterioration of the goods is exclusively due to their inspection – as would have been possible in a retail shop. In addition, the customer can avoid the obligation to pay compensation by not using the item as an owner and refraining from doing anything that could impair its value.
The Flessa Bräu Brewery will refund the purchase price already paid to the customer within two weeks of receipt of the goods if the right of revocation is exercised in good time.
The customer is obliged to return goods that can be sent by parcel post in the most economical way. Items that cannot be sent by parcel post will be collected from the purchaser by the Flessa Bräu Brewery.

The customer shall bear the costs of the return shipment if the delivered goods correspond to the ordered goods and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 Euro or if, in the case of a higher price of the goods, the customer has not yet paid the consideration or a contractually agreed partial payment at the time of revocation. Otherwise the return is free of charge for him. Special costs such as express and bulky goods surcharges cannot be refunded.
§ 3 Severability clause
Should individual provisions of these GTC be ineffective, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
